Ambassador Ido Aharoni gave opening remarks at Wednesday’s Israel Daily News LIVE event held in Tel Aviv in front of a live studio audience.
Ambassador Aharoni is a 25-year veteran of Israel’s Foreign service, a public diplomacy specialist, and founder of the Brand Israel program. Ambassador Aharoni is the longest serving consul-general in New York and the tristate area from Israel to date. He stayed in the role for six years, overseeing the operations of Israel’s largest diplomatic mission worldwide.
